I know, you might be thinking „Bhujapidasana is impossible for me! How could I ever do that?!“ BUT: there are steps on the way! Each step accessible enough and challenging enough for each and everyone of us.

If you’re currently struggling with Bhujapidasana, give this version a try! It’s not the easiest one but it can be a very helpful modification for many - with the feet on the ground in front of the hands, lowering the chin forward and down. Do you think this might be an option for you?
